Returns & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by Autofulfill. Physical returns must be sent to:

- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refund timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Torqex website (torqex.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Charges will appear on your statement as TORQEX 424-346-6353.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping is available on orders of $30 or more. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition and packaging. All returns must be shipped to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Limitation of Liability
SUPERSTAR WHOLESALE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
